Property, premises and real estate photography
I provide all the photography services needed to market properties and premises, as well as drone aerial photos of every kind of property. My property photography clients are estate agencies, private home sellers, businesses in the interiors sector and construction companies.
Interior Design
I offer comprehensive interior design that makes a home functional, beautiful and suited to everyday life. My plans are based on creating a genuine atmosphere and a consistent aesthetic: the aim is a clear spatial layout, a unified palette of materials and an easy flow to everyday life. The service suits both properties for sale and the long-term development of a home.
Colour Design
In addition to private homes, colour design can be ordered for hotels and for corporate and business premises, among others. The choice of colours always starts from the client's own colour preferences. The colour plan includes colour codes and product recommendations for all paintable surfaces.
Surface material design
I draw up the material choices and colour scheme for floor, wall and ceiling surfaces as a whole. The plan also covers interior doors, stairs, fireplaces and other fixed surfaces, so that all the elements work together visually and practically. The choices are based on durability, maintenance and the atmosphere of the space.
Textile design
I design curtains, rugs and soft furnishings so that they support the colour scheme and furnishing of the space and improve acoustics and comfort. The textile choices take into account light, privacy, washing and care needs, and the purpose of each room. The result is a harmonious, beautiful and practical world of textiles that completes the look of the space.
Loose furniture design
The whole is completed by the design of the loose furniture and decorative elements: the proportions, placement, materials and colour coordination of the furniture. I design the furnishing to balance function and aesthetics, taking storage solutions and flexibility into account. I offer alternative furniture schemes for different budgets and, when needed, a shopping list or collaboration on the implementation.
Process and delivery
The work moves from a consultation visit to concrete proposals: an initial survey and measurements, moodboards, material choices and a furniture plan, and finally a set of implementation guidelines. I provide the material choices and shopping lists and, when needed, 3D visualisations.
